I swear by this salad. I make it every year during the Holidays. (It's very sweet.) It is so good. From How Many Potatoes in a Pound?

Ingredients
  • 2 packages Orange Jello
  • 1 C boiling Water
  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1 whole unpeeled Orange, chopped in a food processor
  • 2 C fresh Cranberries, chopped in a food processor
  • 1/2 C crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 C nuts, chopped
  • 1 C diced Celery
  • 1 C sliced Red Grapes

Directions
  1. Dissolve Jello in boilling water.
  2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into a 9 X 13-inch pan and chill overnight.
