Scrambled Eggs With Chanterelles Recipe
Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Serve with home fries, fruit and toast.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Fresh Chanterelles, Chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 T. of Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ½ large yellow Onion, chopped
  • ½ C. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Grated Cheese, your favorite

Directions
  1. Wash mushrooms gently, removing all dirt and debris. Cut end of stems off before chopping.
  2. Fry bacon, add chopped veggies and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Then stir in eggs, and scramble. When nearly complete, add salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle on cheese and enjoy.
