One of the perks working at Disney is going to the parks and enjoying them, over and over again. A bunch of us went to dinner at EPCOT tonight and I had to hunt down this recipe. We loved it!! Ingredients
- Meat mixture shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, diced shopping list
- 1 ounce chopped coriander shopping list
- 1 ounce chopped parsley shopping list
- Second part of meat mixture: shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 pinch ginger shopping list
- 1 pinch saffron shopping list
- 1 teaspon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs, whipped shopping list
- 1 ounce peanut oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 4 ingredients and brown
- Add remaining ingredients to beef and herb mixture, cook fully
- then cool
- Wrap 1 ounce of meat mixture in a bastilla leaf (similar to a phyllo pastry sheet, found in Middle Eastern grocery stores).
- Deep fry rolls.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
