How to make it

  • In a 12 inch skillet, combine broth, carrots, celery and parsley.
  • Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to medium low and cook covered 3 mintues
  • Uncover skillet; return to boil
  • Stir in rice
  • Top with fish; sprinkle with garlic pepper blend
  • Reduce heat to medium low; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and center of fish flakes easily with a fork
  • Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired
