Buffalo Chicken Bites

Great spicy appetizer. It can be made for one or many. If making for one I put the scoops on a plate and use the microwave instead of the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of tostitos scoops shopping list
- 4-6 breaded chicken patties shopping list
- 12 oz bag cheddar or mexican style shredded cheese shopping list
- Buffalo sauce to taste shopping list
- blue cheese or ranch dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the chicken patties until done, then dice.
- Place tostitos scoops on a cookie sheet.
- Toss the diced chicken with buffalo sauce and spoon into tostitos scoops.
- Spinkle with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is melted. You can also place them under a broiler.
- Serve with bluecheese or ranch dressing.
