Great spicy appetizer. It can be made for one or many. If making for one I put the scoops on a plate and use the microwave instead of the oven.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of tostitos scoops
  • 4-6 breaded chicken patties
  • 12 oz bag cheddar or mexican style shredded cheese
  • Buffalo sauce to taste
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing

Directions
  1. Cook the chicken patties until done, then dice.
  2. Place tostitos scoops on a cookie sheet.
  3. Toss the diced chicken with buffalo sauce and spoon into tostitos scoops.
  4. Spinkle with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is melted. You can also place them under a broiler.
  5. Serve with bluecheese or ranch dressing.
