I wanted a cream cheese frosting that was lower in sugar than some I've seen, so I got this one off the Splenda website. It doesn't taste like fake sugar at all, in fact, none of my family knew that it had Splenda in it. This makes enough to frost... More

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix on medium speed until smooth and well blended.
  3. Frost your cooled cake.
