I wanted a cream cheese frosting that was lower in sugar than some I've seen, so I got this one off the Splenda website. It doesn't taste like fake sugar at all, in fact, none of my family knew that it had Splenda in it. Read more This makes enough to frost a 2 layer cake. See less
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Put all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Mix on medium speed until smooth and well blended.
- Frost your cooled cake.
