  • 1 C PEPPER JACK CHEESE
  • 1 1/2 C CHOPPED BROCCOLI OR 10 ZO FROZEN BROCCOLI
  • 2 MED TOMATOES, COARSELY CHOPPED ( 1 1/2 C)
  • 2 C SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 C MILK
  • 1/2 C ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/2 T SALT
  • 3 EGGS

Directions
  1. 300 OVEN
  2. LAYER PEPPER JACK CHEESE, BROCCOLI, TOMATOES AND CHEDDAR CHEESE IN UNGREASED SQUARE 8X8X2 BAKING DISH. BEAT MILK, FLOUR, SALT AND EGGS UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR OVER CHEESE. BAKE UNCOVERED 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL MIXTURE IS SET. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.
