This is a great sandwich and the spread knocks it out of the ball park...Spread can also be used as a dressing for salads.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 12 slices of your favorite bread
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • For spread
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo (good quality)
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbls. dill
  • 2 tbls. parsley, finely chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Spread bacon on baking sheet single layer
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  4. For spread
  5. Combine all ingredients together and mix well
  6. Assemble sandwiches with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and spread
