- 18 OZ FROZED CHOPPED broccoli shopping list
- 3 1/2 C water shopping list
- 6 TBS margarine shopping list
- 4 CUPS instant mashed potatoes FLAKES shopping list
- 1 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 2 OZ ( 1/2 C ) SHREDDED fresh parmesan cheese shopping list
- 16 - 1/8" THICK SLICES OF deli roast beef, RED CENTER IF POSSIBLE shopping list
- 24 OZ OF HOMEMADE OR JAR beef gravy, I'VE MADE GRAVY USING WYLER'S beef bouillon shopping list
- 2 CANS 14.5 tomatoes with garlic, oregano, AND basil, UNDRAINED shopping list
- 4 TBS parsley shopping list
- 4 TBS SHREDDED fresh parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 375. SPRAY 2 13X9" OR 6 QT BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY.
- COOK BROCCOLI AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE. DRAIN WELL
- IN SAUCEPAN, BRING WATER AND MARGAARINE TO A BOIL. REMOVE FROM STOVE, ADD POTATO FLAKES AND WARMED MILK; MIX WELL STIR 1/2 C PARMESAN AND COOKED BROCCOLI.
- SPREAD ABOUT 1/2 C POTATO MITURE ON EACH SLICE OF BEEF. ROLL. PLACE BEEF SEAM SIDE DOWN IN BAKING DISH. COMBINE GRAVY AND TOMATOES, MIX WELL. POUR OVER BEEF ROLLS. COVER WITH FOIL. BAKE AT 375 FOR 25 MINUTES, REMOVE COVER, BAKE 10 MINUTES LONGER. REMOVE SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY AND 4 TBS PARMESAN CHEESE. SERVE.
