QUICKANDEASY CHOCOLATE CAKE

- 250 gr butter shopping list
- 250 gr sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 package vanilla sugarr shopping list
- 180 gr flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 250 gr chocolate, melted shopping list
- 6 TBSP water shopping list
- 150 gr chocolate shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- vanilla sugar shopping list
How to make it
- the original recipe calls for the chocolate being melted.
- i normally put the chocolate in the fridge
- then throw it into my Braun kitchen machine together with the flour (the knives are in the machine).
- this is much easier.
- then i add all the other ingredients,
- put the dough into a greased spring form,
- bake at about 170°C for one hour.
- remove cake to rack, let cool
- slowly melt 150 gr chocolate,
- whip heavy cream, let drip melted chocolate into cream,
- keep beating, adding vanilla sugar to tast
- decorate cake with chocolate cream.
- you may want to decorate with shavings of white chocolate
- or, for kids, with smarties
