How to make it

  • put wine, vegetables, bouquet garni, peppercorns, salt and pepper in pot, cooking at low heat for about 30 min.
  • in the meantime, prepare fish
  • preheat oven to 180 °CENTIGRADE
  • place fish into baking dish
  • strain liquid
  • pour carefully over fish - they should be almost covered
  • cover and bake about 30 minutes
  • remove cover
  • leave fish to sit for another 5 or 10 minutes
  • decorate with mushrooms, onions and parsley
  • serve with boiled potatoes

    I could just hug the stuffings out of you! I am so sorry that I just got here tonight! Working 6 days a week and sneaking into our lovely site whenever I can get 5 minutes. Hubby just bought me a wireless thingy for my laptop so that I can do my homework for on-line college while commuting to and from work. Little does he know that all I could think about was now I could sneak here more often. He doesn't really need to know does he? Did I mention I love you right to death?
