- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and eggs. Blend well.
- Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
- Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well.
- On a small plate, combine 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
- IMMEDIATELY remove from cookie sheet.
- Cool and enjoy!
