White Bait And Peanuts With Dry Chilli

- 300 grams of white bait shopping list
- 500 grams of raw peanut shopping list
- 6 tbs of oil shopping list
- 2 garlics, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced shopping list
- 2 tbs of sugar shopping list
- 3 tbs of dried chilli pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- With medium low heat, fry peanuts until brown and crisp, transfer the peanuts on a bowl, ( leaving the oil in the wok)
- fry white bait with medium low heat until it's brown and crisp, becareful if the white bait is over fried than it will tastes bitter
- add garlic and spring onion, keep stirring until garlic is golden brown, return the peanuts to the wok
- remove excess oil, add sugar keep stirring to slightly caramelize everything
- add soy sauce and salt, stirr until everything is well mixed, cool
- store it in a container, refrigerate
- serve in small plates
