Hamburger Steaks With A Twist Recipe

Ingredients

about 2lbs of hamburger meat

one whole medium sized onion

handful of red, yellow, and green bell pepper

2 packs of brown gravy mix

olive oil

one can of cream of mushroom soup

season salt

garlic salt or garlic powder

1 box of mac and cheese

bout 8-10 potatoes

1/4 cup milk

1 stick and 1/2 of butter

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

make hamburger patties sprinkle with season salt

fry them.. try to make them rather thin

take them out of the pan and drain them once cooked.

put a little olive oil in a pan

put the onion, and bell peppers in and smother fry them

sprinkle the veggies with some garlic powder or salt

in another pan make the brown gravy mix.

after the gravy is mixed well pour in the cream of mushroom.

add the hamburger patties, and veggie mixture.

cover and simmer for about 15 mins

depending on how thick you want the gravy

follow directions on box for mac and cheese

peel potatoes and boil until soft

remove drain and pour into a glass bowl so you can mix them

add about a 1/4 cup of milk

add a whole stick and half of butter and salt and pepper

mix well
