Ingredients

2 heads romaine lettuce, torn

1c. broccoli florets

1/2 c. chopped green onions (optional)

2 bagsoodles of noodles, broken (discard seasoning packet)

1 stick butter or margerine

1/2 c. sliced almonds

1/2 c. sunflower seeds (shelled)

DRESSING

1 c. sugar

1 c. olive or canola oil

1/2 c. vinegar

2 T. soy sauce

Directions

Combine ingredients for dressing in blender and blend for 2 or 3 minutes. Put aside.

Combine butter, nuts, and sunflower kernels in skillet and saute for about 5 minutes. Cool and combine with remaing ingredients and toss together with dressing right before serving.

I've made this before but it had a different name that I cannot think of now, but it is delicious!And I used to make it often but have not made it since July. It can also be used to make egg rolls and they are excellent too!
