Ingredients

1/3 C. Sherry

1/3 C. Soy Sauce

1/3 C. Vegetable Oil

2 tbsp. Honey

2 tbsp. Freshly grated ginger root

1 clove of minced garlic

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine ginger,honey,soy sauce, vegetable oil, sherry and garlic. Steaks need to be Marinated for at least 4 hours before grilling.
