How to make it

  • Place radishes in a large serving bowl and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  • In a flour shaker or a small covered jar mix vinegar, oil, anchovy paste, mustard, garlic and scallions.
  • Cover tightly and shake.
  • The dressing will become thick and creamy.
  • Pour it over the radishes and blend well.
  • Season with salt and pepper then garnish with parsley, black olives and anchovy filets.
