Radish Salad

- 5 cups radishes sliced shopping list
- 1 cup finely cubed swiss cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar shopping list
- 6 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced scallions (both green and white part) shopping list
- salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- black olives shopping list
- Anchovy filets shopping list
How to make it
- Place radishes in a large serving bowl and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- In a flour shaker or a small covered jar mix vinegar, oil, anchovy paste, mustard, garlic and scallions.
- Cover tightly and shake.
- The dressing will become thick and creamy.
- Pour it over the radishes and blend well.
- Season with salt and pepper then garnish with parsley, black olives and anchovy filets.
