Ingredients
  • 3 Cups of Flour
  • 1 Tbs active yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 7 tbs powdered sugar
  • 1 tea s. salt
  • 100 grm margarin or butter softened
  • 2 Eggs ( one yolk for top)
  • Filling
  • 2 cups of graham cookies ( you can use any left over chocolate cookies, or cake)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese ( if you dont have it use milk instead to softened the filling)
  • 1/2 any kind of nuts ( walnut, hazelnut, pistacious, ext..)
  • 1/2 cup of coco
  • 1 stick of butter ( is using cream cheese dont use butter for filling)

Directions
  1. Make dough using all ingredients.
  2. - Let rest dough for 1 hour
  3. For filling mix all ingr. and make some kind of dough.
  4. make finger size sticks..and rest them in palete..
  5. - After resting fist dough take a little ball size and fill with filling and roll make a moon shape and brash with egg yolk spread some nuts bake in 400F.
