You can change the sauce with these meatballs. They are very beefy in flavor thanks to the Rice-A-Roni seasoning. They make great meatballs for soups and casseroles! Triple your recipe or more and pour over hot buttered noodles for any potluck or meal for a large group of people. This is an economical recipe for large families. Also, these meatballs and the gravy freeze very well!
