By the Sea Casserole

- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna in water, drained shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked instant rice shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 cup 1% milk shopping list
- 1 cup cheese flavored fish shaped crackers shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl, combine vegetables and tuna.
- Stir in rice, soup and milk.
- Place tuna mixture in 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish; cover and microwave on HIGH 6 minutes. Stir, microwave, covered, 6 to 8 minutes more or until rice is tender.
- Stir casserole and sprinkle with crackers.
