Ingredients
  • 4 oz vodka (I like Svedka)
  • 2 oz Passion Fruit puree
  • 2 oz OJ
  • 4 oz Club soda
  • 2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • dash grenadine
  • dash sweetened lime juice
  • ice cubes

Directions
  1. Stir together the sugar and lemon juice until sugar is fully dissolved. Add this to a cocktail shaker. Add the passion fruit puree, OJ, a dash of both grenadine and lime juice, and vodka to the shaker. Shake well and strain into 2 Collins glass filled with ice. Fill the glasses with club soda. Stir and serve. Makes 2 servings. Very sweet with a nice citrus aftertaste.
