Ingredients

6 tbsp honey

6 peach halves (a 1lb 4 oz can of peach halves contians the 6 halves needed)

1/2 cup skim milk

1 egg, slighly beaten

2 tbsp oil

1 cup pancake mix

chopped pecans

Cinnamon Whipped Cream:

1 cup whipping cream

1 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Generously butter six large 6 oz custard cups. Spoon 1 tbsp honey in each. Top with peach half, cut side up. Combine milk with egg and oil in small mixing bowl. Break yolk and add pancake mix; stir until well blended. Pour batter over peaches to cover. Place n shallow pan and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown. Cool.
