These look cute on a dessert plate. We made these in home ec class in th 70's. Wow am I getting old.

Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 6 peach halves (a 1lb 4 oz can of peach halves contians the 6 halves needed)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg, slighly beaten
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • chopped pecans
  • Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Generously butter six large 6 oz custard cups. Spoon 1 tbsp honey in each. Top with peach half, cut side up. Combine milk with egg and oil in small mixing bowl. Break yolk and add pancake mix; stir until well blended. Pour batter over peaches to cover. Place n shallow pan and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown. Cool.

Is there anyway you cold use crushed pineapple, that's all i have int he house and this sounds sooooooooooooo delcious


You could just eat them out of the custard cups
