How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Generously butter six large 6 oz custard cups. Spoon 1 tbsp honey in each. Top with peach half, cut side up. Combine milk with egg and oil in small mixing bowl. Break yolk and add pancake mix; stir until well blended. Pour batter over peaches to cover. Place n shallow pan and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown. Cool.

    is there anyway you cold use crushed pineapple, that's all i have int he house and this sounds sooooooooooooo delcious

    Don't worry. Your not alone. I was in home-ec class in the 70's also.We didn't make yummy things like this though!
