Baked Macaroni

- 1 lb. ground turkey shopping list
- 1 c. chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained (14.5 oz) shopping list
- 1 env. Knorr Tomato with basil soup mix shopping list
- ½ c. water shopping list
- 1 t. fresh oregano, chopped ( ½ t. dried) shopping list
- 3 c. cooked macaroni shopping list
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler for 10 minutes.
- In an ovenproof sauté pan over high heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain off any fat, add the onion and cook, stirring until soft, 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, soup mix, water and oregano, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the macaroni and stir until blended. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and run the pan under the broiler until the cheese melts, 4-5 minutes.
