Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey

1 c. chopped onion

1 can diced tomatoes, drained (14.5 oz)

1 env. Knorr Tomato with Basil soup mix

½ c. water

1 t. fresh oregano, chopped ( ½ t. dried)

3 c. cooked macaroni

2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat broiler for 10 minutes.

In an ovenproof sauté pan over high heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain off any fat, add the onion and cook, stirring until soft, 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, soup mix, water and oregano, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the macaroni and stir until blended. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and run the pan under the broiler until the cheese melts, 4-5 minutes.
