How to make it

  • Preheat broiler for 10 minutes.
  • In an ovenproof sauté pan over high heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain off any fat, add the onion and cook, stirring until soft, 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, soup mix, water and oregano, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the macaroni and stir until blended. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and run the pan under the broiler until the cheese melts, 4-5 minutes.

    This sounds great. I am on a ground turkey kick right now & I can't wait to try this. And it only uses 1 pan!
