- 4 English muffins shopping list
- 8 slices Canadian bacon shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 2 avocados shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- Hot sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Toast English muffins then place 2 halves on each plate.
- Lightly sauté bacon and top each muffin half with a slice.
- Poach eggs and top each slice of bacon with 1 egg.
- Mash avocados then whip in mayonnaise, juice, and hot sauce with wire whisk until smooth.
- Pour over eggs benedict.
