Spicy Barbecued Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

6 lbs babyback ribs

1 14oz bottle catsup

2 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp celery salt

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp ground cloves

2 Tbs brown sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs grated onion

Directions

Combine last 12 ingredients and beat thoroughly. Cover ribs with sauce and marinate in refrigerator for 24hrs. Drain ribs and bake uncovered at 300F for 1hr and drain off fat.

Have a margarita and grill outdoors using marinade to baste during cooking. Turn ribs often to cook evenly.
