Spicy Barbecued Ribs

- 6 lbs babyback ribs shopping list
- 1 14oz bottle catsup shopping list
- 2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp celery salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 2 Tbs brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs grated onion shopping list
How to make it
- Combine last 12 ingredients and beat thoroughly. Cover ribs with sauce and marinate in refrigerator for 24hrs. Drain ribs and bake uncovered at 300F for 1hr and drain off fat.
- Have a margarita and grill outdoors using marinade to baste during cooking. Turn ribs often to cook evenly.
