I got this recipe from another on-line foodie - Brenda and it IS simple but also good. A burger with a bite is what I like to call it. Smilin'

Ingredients
  • 4-6 hamburger patties
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. When butter is melted, pour in worcestershire sauce and stir until blended with the butter and hot.
  3. Add burgers and cook until burgers are at done to your liking, flipping once.
  4. Serve on hamburger buns with mustard, ketchup, mayo, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cheese or whatever you like.
