Great sauce for steak, even chicken

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dijon
  • Steaks

Directions
  1. Grill steak until done- in a small saucepan heat 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar ot boiling, and boil 2-3 min. until syrupy- take off heat and whisk in 1/4 cup dijon. Serve over steaks- yum!
