Yummy is all I can say. This is a very easy, yet very refreshing and very tasty salad dressing. I like it served on a salad and also just over fresh ripe tomatoes. Yummers.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons pommery mustard shopping list
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon shopping list
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
16 basil leaves very thinly sliced shopping list
1 teaspoon coarse salt shopping list
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list

How to make it

Combine all ingredients in a small jar then cover and shake well.
