this is an easy to make snack for everyone...they are delicious
Ingredients
- 9 cups Chex cereal shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Put the Chex cereal in a large bowl. In a saucepan, place chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over a low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir until all is well coated. Put cereal in a 2 quart zip lock bag. Add the powdered suger...seal bag and shake until well coated.
- Spread onto waxed paper until cool. Keep in an airtight container in fridge.
