Ingredients

9 cups Chex cereal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Put the Chex cereal in a large bowl. In a saucepan, place chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over a low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir until all is well coated. Put cereal in a 2 quart zip lock bag. Add the powdered suger...seal bag and shake until well coated.

Spread onto waxed paper until cool. Keep in an airtight container in fridge.
