Porcupine Meatball And Cabbage Bake Over Rice

- 3/4 lb hamburger shopping list
- 1 egg long grain rice ( about 1/2 3/4 c. ) shopping list
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- few dashes worcheshire sauce shopping list
- 1 head cabbage shopping list
- 8oz. tomatoe juice shopping list
- 8 oz. canned tomaotoes diced shopping list
- 16 0z. tomatoe sauce shopping list
- 1/2 bag frozen peas shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine in bowl first 8 ingredients with hands.
- Form into balls, and bake 15 min. at 350.
- Place in fridge for 10 min. to firm up a bit
- While meatballs are in the oven, cut up cabbage into thin pieces.
- In large baking dish or roasting pan,combine tomatoes,cabbage. tomatoe sauce,toamtoe juice, salt & pepper.
- Add maetballs on op, and bake 375 for 1- 11/2 hors until cabbge is cooked tender.
- Add frozen peas 10 minutes before done.
- While meatballs and cabbage are in the oven baking, cook enough long grain white rice to serve the amount of people you are feeding, according to package directions.
- Serve meatballs, and cabbage over rice.
- Even better the next day!!
