Sounds yummy, but what's Ezekiel 4:9 cereal?

It's a sprouted whole grain cereal, made from Ezekiel bread. Sort of like grapenuts, but without the sugar and junk. :))

You can find it at health food stores or Whole Foods.

Ezekiel makes a whole line of cereals, breads, etc. that have no flour; they are made with ground sprouted whole grains. They are the only cereals I eat, and my favorite breads, other than homemade. This recipe is definitely a keeper. If you don't mind, I'll share it with my South Beach Diet list!

It's fine to share it. It's my own recipe I made up. :))
