Creamy Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 bags shredded hash brown potatoes

1 can cream of onion soup

1 can cream of potato soup

1 can cream of celery soup

3 cups sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded asiago cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1-1/2 white onions chopped

3/4 cup dried parsley

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and stir until well combined.

Put into large casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
