Baked Spaghetti

- Baked spaghetti shopping list
- 1 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 28 ounce can tomatoes with liquid cut up shopping list
- 4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces drained shopping list
- 2-1/4 ounce can sliced ripe olives drained shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef browned and drained shopping list
- 12 ounces spaghetti cooked and drained shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet sauté onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano and ground beef.
- Simmer uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Place half of the spaghetti in a greased rectangular baking dish.
- Top with half of the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese then repeat layers.
- Mix soup and water until smooth and pour over casserole then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through.
