Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Creamy beef and pasta dish.

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 tblsp margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Cut steak into thin strips
- Brown steak and onion in butter
- Stir in soup, water and sour cream
- Cover and cook over low heat for 45 mins (or until tender)
- Stir often
- Serve over cooked noodles

Looks good! I make stroganoff all the time using ground beef cuz it's quick and hubby loves it.

I make stroganoff all the time too, but I use the packages of stroganoff mix that you buy in the store. I love it! I've never tried mushroom soup
