How to make it

  • Cut steak into thin strips
  • Brown steak and onion in butter
  • Stir in soup, water and sour cream
  • Cover and cook over low heat for 45 mins (or until tender)
  • Stir often
  • Serve over cooked noodles

    it's more even delicious with garlic...i used sukiyaki cut beef..and it has a very low costing prices..love it..

    This is a great recipe. It is so easy and WONDERFUL. It is rich and very satisfying when you want something very very bad. I add a little garlic because I love garlic.

    I make stroganoff all the time too, but I use the packages of stroganoff mix that you buy in the store. I love it! I've never tried mushroom soup
