Joshs Double Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour

1 1/2 tsp.baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 340 gram pkg chocolate chips, divided

1/2 c. softened butter

3/4 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs, lightly beaten

icing sugar

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.

In seperate bowl, melt 1 c. chocolate chips, set aside.

Beat butter with sugar, stir in melted chocolate and the vanilla. Beat in eggs

Stir in the flour mixture. Add remaining chips, cover dough and chill for 1 hour (altough I am impatient, and have skipped this step...worked out fine!)

Shape into 1" balls, roll in icing sugar

Place on baking sheet, bake at 350º 10 - 12 minutes, until tops crack.

Cool and remove.
