How to make it

  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
  • In seperate bowl, melt 1 c. chocolate chips, set aside.
  • Beat butter with sugar, stir in melted chocolate and the vanilla. Beat in eggs
  • Stir in the flour mixture. Add remaining chips, cover dough and chill for 1 hour (altough I am impatient, and have skipped this step...worked out fine!)
  • Shape into 1" balls, roll in icing sugar
  • Place on baking sheet, bake at 350ยบ 10 - 12 minutes, until tops crack.
  • Cool and remove.

    I think these do sound great, also the fact that you don't use up to two cups of sugar is another plus. Thanks for sharing :)
