Verry Berry Shortcake Recipe

How to make it

  • Slice the berries, then in a bowl add sugar and vanilla, mix/mash as desired
  • for shortcake mix together baking mix, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter.
  • mix well until doughy, drop by huge tablespoons on a cookie sheet, makes six shortcake bisquits.
  • bake @ 425 for 12 minutes
  • top with berries whip cream and enjoy!
