Ingredients
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped apricot
  • 1 cup drief fruit of choice
  • 1 cup dried fruit of choice
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit of choice or chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed mixed with 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (any kind)

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. in a food processor put in the dried fruits and flour and pulse a few times.
  3. put the fruit mixture in a large bowl as well as the chopped nuts and dry ingredients
  4. add the vanilla, applesauce, and flaxseed mixture.
  5. mix well; it should be thick but moist
  6. press flat on a cookie sheet (1/2 inch thick).
  7. bake for 15 minutes.
