- 4 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 1 cup sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds shopping list
- 1 cup chopped apricot shopping list
- 1 cup drief fruit of choice shopping list
- 1 cup dried fruit of choice shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried fruit of choice or chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup chickpea flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed mixed with 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts (any kind) shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- in a food processor put in the dried fruits and flour and pulse a few times.
- put the fruit mixture in a large bowl as well as the chopped nuts and dry ingredients
- add the vanilla, applesauce, and flaxseed mixture.
- mix well; it should be thick but moist
- press flat on a cookie sheet (1/2 inch thick).
- bake for 15 minutes.
