Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy is better)

1 egg

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup all purpose four

Directions

add ingredients into bowl until all mixed together

roll into large balls and place on baking paper or foil

squash down till round leaving them 1cm high

cook of 10 minutes or until browning

put aside to cool completely then remove from foil

dust with sugar for presentation
