How to make it

  • add ingredients into bowl until all mixed together
  • roll into large balls and place on baking paper or foil
  • squash down till round leaving them 1cm high
  • cook of 10 minutes or until browning
  • put aside to cool completely then remove from foil
  • dust with sugar for presentation

    these cookies suck. they dont hold together, just fall into a pile of crumbs (i guess thats what happens without butter). also, there was no oven temperature posted so i just used 325
