Mexican Chicken

                    - 3 cups chicken cooked and deboned shopping list
- (Tyson's fajita chicken works well when you are short on time) shopping list
- 1 family bag (cheese) Doritos shopping list
- 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup shopping list
- 1-2 cans of Rotel (tomatoes and peppers) shopping list
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shopping list
- black olives sliced (optional) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cook and de-bone chicken.
- Set aside.
- In a 13x9 baking pan, pour doritos in the bottom. (Aprox 2/3)
- With the palm of your hand, break chips up.
- In a bowl combine the soup and rotel, stir well.
- Top the chips with chicken and soup mixture. Stir together.
- (If you do not stir the chips with the soup mixture you risk burning the chips)
- Bake in the oven at 375 for aprox 30-40 min.
- Top with cheese the last 5 min of baking. (add olives if desired)
