How to make it

  • Add oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and chicken to large skillet or wok.
  • Stir fry over high heat until meat begins to brown
  • Add fish sauce, salt, paprika and water
  • Continue cooking until the meat is done
  • Add vegetables & stir fry until tender
  • Remove from heat and add pepper
  • You may add cornstarch if the sauce is too runny
  • Serve hot over rice with soy sauce or hot sauce
