Spicy Apple Noodle Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 package (6 ounces) fine or medium Noodles

1/4 C Butter, melted

3 C Applesauce

2 Eggs

3/4 C dark Brown Sugar, packed

1 tsp. Vanilla

3/4 tsp. Cinnamon

1 C Raisins

1/2 C chopped Almonds

Whipped Cream

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Toss noodles with melted butter.

Combine applesauce, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, and almonds; fold into noodles.

Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan.

Bake at 375 degrees, 45 minutes.

Serve warm, topped with cream.
