Ingredients

2 slices Sourdough bread

2 slices American cheese

1 slice Provolone cheese

butter

Directions

Preheat griddle/frying pan.

Butter outsides of bread.

Place bread in pan,butter side down.Add 1 American slice,then 1 Provolone,then 1 American.Cook until bubbly.

The combination of provolone with the sourdough really make this tasty...and gooey!

This is quite a big claim to make: The best grilled cheese. But your right, with 3 slices of cheese how could you go wrong!! For myself I would add mayo and dijon to the inside parts of the bread, but thats just preference:)
