Brain Powering Barbeque Wings Recipe
This a quick and easy way to get a quick and very much so loved dish! You can never go wrong in college with chicken wings!

Ingredients
  • Chicken Wings (Wingettes)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic

Directions
  1. Wash Chicken
  2. crack egg into a small bowl
  3. mix the egg all together ( do NOT remove yoke)
  4. season chicken with above seasonings (to taste)
  5. place seasoned chicken in eggs (coat generously)
  6. place flour in a ziploc plastic bag
  7. place egged wings in flour bag and slowly ang gently shake to coat chicken
  8. remove chicken and place in hot oil
  9. let fry until golden brown (or until they float in a fry cooker)
  10. take chicken out and let it drain on a paper towel
  11. place barbeque sauce in a bowl
  12. add 1/2 cup of sugar (regular or brown)
  13. add 1/4 cup of water
  14. mix until the sugar is dissolved
  15. place chicken in barbeque sauce and coat generously
  16. place coated chicken in a microwave safe bowl (WITH A TOP)
  17. microwave for about 2 minutes
  18. remove chicken carefully
  19. shake bowl one or two good times
  20. open and SERVE!
