How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F, and grease a 9” pan.
  • Whisk together the flour, oats, cocoa and sugars.
  • Add olive oil, coffee and peanut butter, beating with a heavy-duty electric mixer until well blended, (dough will be very stiff).
  • Add peanuts, mixing well, then pat the mixture evenly and firmly over the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Score into 16 wedges and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing sides of pan.
