This is a delicious cake that I love to cook and bring to summer bbq's.A real cool dessert!

Ingredients
  • 1 boxed white cake mix
  • cool whip
  • sliced fresh strawberries
  • vanilla pudding
  • strawberry jell-o gelatin

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees,grease baking pan.
  2. Prepare cake according to instructions,omitting egg yolks.
  3. Bake as specified on box,set aside to cool.(20 min.)
  4. Boil up the jello gelatin according to box instructions,set aside.
  5. Poke millions of holes in the cake with a fork.
  6. Pour strawberry liquid gelatin over cake and chill in fridge for approx 1 hr.
  7. Make up the pudding and layer it (thick) on the cake.
  8. Chill for 1 hr.
  9. Layer with thawed cool whip,and garnish with strawberries.Chill until ready to serve.
  10. This cake is not only delicious,but pretty,as you see the pink gelatin oozing into the white cake.
