How to make it

  • Preheat 400 degrees
  • mix crust ingredients bake 15 minutes
  • arange strawberries in the crust
  • in a pain cook the water, sugar, and cornstarch until it becomes clear from the smokey white it would have been
  • add the gelitan and stir
  • add the color
  • pour over the strawberries in the crust
  • chill well and enjoy
