Ingredients
  • 1 cup firmly ground almonds
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 confectioners sugar
  • 2 drops almond extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, softend
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions
  1. Combine almonds, flour, sugar, and extract until well blended
  2. Chill dough
  3. preheat oven to 325 degrees
  4. Pinch off peices of dough about size of walnuts and shape into crescents place on greased sheets
  5. bake for 20 minutes

These sound so nice and easy to make but I am confused on the amount of confectioners sugar. Probably 1/2 cup. I'm trying tomorrow. Thanks
