Ingredients
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 12 ounces raspberry jam
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Combine cake mix and oats in bowl. Stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly.
  2. Put about 3 cups of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and press firmly.
  3. Combine jam and water and spoon over crumb mixture; spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over surface.
  5. Cover with remaining crumb mixture; make top even by patting firmly.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
