How to make it

  • Prepare Rice according to package
  • drain salmon, dry and break into chunks, reserve 1 tablespoon of the liquid
  • in a skillet or wok heat up the oil, and add veggies
  • after about a minute add teriyaki sauce and salmon liquid and stir
  • add sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes and salmon. cook until vegetables are tender (about 3-5 minutes)
  • serve with rice
