Easy Alaskan Salmon Teriyaki Bowl

- 1 (14.75-ounce) can Alaska salmon shopping list
- 1 cup instant or quick-cooking rice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon canola oil shopping list
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared thick teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare Rice according to package
- drain salmon, dry and break into chunks, reserve 1 tablespoon of the liquid
- in a skillet or wok heat up the oil, and add veggies
- after about a minute add teriyaki sauce and salmon liquid and stir
- add sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes and salmon. cook until vegetables are tender (about 3-5 minutes)
- serve with rice
