Killer Ribeyes

- Two bone-in ribeye steaks, approximately 16 ounces each shopping list
How to make it
- Use your favorite marinade liberally.
- Preheat cast iron skillet 450 degrees in oven.
- Remove skillet and place steaks directly on skillet and return to oven.
- Turn steaks after 6 minutes.
- Remove after 6 more minutes for Medium-Medium Rare.
- Season with kosher salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cooking in the cast iron skillet lets the meat simmer in it's natural juices.
- MMMM Serve and enjoy
