A simple steak that is mouth watering from the oven

Ingredients
  • Two bone-in ribeye steaks, approximately 16 ounces each

Directions
  1. Use your favorite marinade liberally.
  2. Preheat cast iron skillet 450 degrees in oven.
  3. Remove skillet and place steaks directly on skillet and return to oven.
  4. Turn steaks after 6 minutes.
  5. Remove after 6 more minutes for Medium-Medium Rare.
  6. Season with kosher salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Cooking in the cast iron skillet lets the meat simmer in it's natural juices.
  8. MMMM Serve and enjoy

This sounds good, and uses my favorite (only) cooking utensil. Nothing beats a good cast iron skillet.
