How to make it

  • Use your favorite marinade liberally.
  • Preheat cast iron skillet 450 degrees in oven.
  • Remove skillet and place steaks directly on skillet and return to oven.
  • Turn steaks after 6 minutes.
  • Remove after 6 more minutes for Medium-Medium Rare.
  • Season with kosher salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Cooking in the cast iron skillet lets the meat simmer in it's natural juices.
  • MMMM Serve and enjoy

    This sounds good, and uses my favorite (only) cooking utensil. Nothing beats a good cast iron skillet.
